LEGO Harry Potter Years 1-4 App Reviews

This is probably the most fun game that i have downloaded! However there are still some glitches that need to be worked out! but if you uninstall it and then install it again it will save your progress and it helps with whatever glitch you have. ((I dont know about Tom Riddles Diary though!!!!)) Havent finished it but i love it and i think it was worth the money! :)

i love the game but it seems to freeze my computer every time i play... if it didnt do this i would give it 5 stars though.

i love this game, i just got iit and i am reading the books withe the games and the movie. i cant wait till years 5-7 comes out on mac or the deathly hallws part 2 game that would be awesome over all i gave this game a fully deserved5/5. Problem i just quit in the middle of tom riddles diary i will keep you informed.

I have experienced all the glitches everyone talks about (Tom Riddles Diary, etc) but the biggest problem comes from using my new Mac Air. The game would not start at all. At first I thought it was a Lion issue, but after contacting Feral, they said it was the graphics card in the air and to turn off the "enhanced graphics" under the Advanced tab. Once this was done, the game ran but still crashed every 30 mintues or so. That said, I do love the whole Lego series and this is a nice installment. It just feels like they rushed it to market without real beta testing. Not to mention that all of these glitches have been around for a while in the wii versions, so why wasnt it fixed when they brought it over to Mac?

the water in the game i all black its really annoying i cant see a thing fix now!!!

I have gotten all the gold bricks and characters besides one. when returning to hagrids hut i used the time turner but it didnt go back in time it stayed normal and did not allow me to use the time turner again. because of this i am not able to get the last character and gold brick. this is very frustrating because i spent so much time and now i am not able to beat the game 100%. it is a great game and totally worth the money but very frustrating that i am not able to complete the game. please fix this if possible

I downloaded it and it didnt work so i called and they fixed it. then im all happy to finally play this game and the graphics are all messed up but you could still play through itits just not very fun. finally im on level two year one the troll level and when you get to the battle part it isnt possible to beat the troll so all-in-all a poor trnasposition onto computer as these games usually are. im glad i got it on sle but it was still a huge waste

Worth every penny.

I downloaded this game after my son worked all month to save enough money for it. Low and behold, the game does not allow you to save. We have the Lego Star Wars and it works perfectly, but saving is a feature that should be automatic for what these games cost. I am very disapointed in this issue we are having.

Well I am emailed Feral Interacitve and they said they could do nothing about my glitch where when I click "Return to Hogwarts" it takes me back to the menu screen. I am very mad about this.

This game is so much fun. After finishing story mode your still not done. (my exact percentage was 47% finished) There is still so much to do. You have to play the whole game through about 3 times. Theres always something to do which ensures that youll have fun for hours. (The game also had a bit of trouble on a higher qualty. Just switch it to a lower quality and it should run without a problem although the water turns black.)

you can not even beat the game because in year 3 you are souposed to hang a gargoyle the it falls and break the glass in the mac it only makes a breaking glass sound, i know this because i went to you tube for a walkthrough. but still a very fun game.

I was introduced first to the Lego Star Wars franchise, and I loved it!!!! Then, Indiana Jones and Batman came out, and I loved those too. I know Pirates of the Caribbean is out, so I want to get that one too. I have not played this one yet, so I am downloading it now; however, as of right now, the download time is approximately 11 hours, but itll be worth it in the end. This game is bigger than Lion, and Lion took forever to download. Anyway, I dont care, as long as I get what I paid for. I am sure this will be a great game. I already tried the demo, and itll be just like the other games, NOTHING SHORT OF ADDICTIVE.

The game itself is great. I downloaded it a few months ago to my MacBookPro and have had a blast with it. My girlfriend and I play the co-op option almost every time she comes to visit. There is one major issue though: it seems that after some time the file gets corrupted and begins to lag, so that the characters move in a delayed and jerky manner. I hace not been able to find any way to fix this so am currently reinstalling it (hopefully my save games wont be lost!)

I just bought this game today and i was looking forward to playing it. i looked at the download time and it says 11 hours remaining. WHAT THE HECK IS THIS i payed 30 bucks for this and its saying 10 hours remaining. it seem like a fun game and all but i wish the download was faster.

Cant get past the womping willow because the game wont allow any charector to jump into the large branch. Also every other time i start the game my screen goes blank and my macbook pro freezes. Hope there is an update to the game fixing these problems soon.

i like the game on my ipod touch, but this is way harder. i cant figure out the spells on the first level, the leaky cauldron. it says hold h key for wingardium leviosa, but it wont work. and runing two characters at once is quite hard. also makes my fan spin a lot. my macbook pro heats up in five minutes of opening the game. the grafics are good and it runs smoothly. over all, its nice

This game is so fun. I love the way lego brings humor to the harry potter story line. The game runs smoothly ane well worth what I paid for it.

this new adition to lego industrys is great. allthough it has many glitches, some of which can stop you from compleating the game, it has fun and exiting levels. though the final boss is not difficult at all P.S. if your gold brick detector says there is 2 gold bricks in the hogwarts library, there isnt. its another glitch. It therw me off

im having trouble with a level in the 3rd book when harry and hermione are on the roof they must use wingardium leviosa to levitate a gargoyle to break a window and the window will NOT break
